This afternoon, the Secretary to Ekiti State Government, Dr. Habibat Adubiaro, hosted All Progressives Congress (APC) women leaders from all sixteen local governments in her office.
In her remarks, Mrs. Adubiaro expressed appreciation to the women leaders for their courtesy visit. She also thanked them for their steadfastness and commitment to the progress of the party and the success of Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s administration.
The SSG further stated that the Governor and other critical stakeholders within the party are well aware of the significant roles played by the women leaders during the election campaign. She assured them of more dividends of democracy from the state government.
The APC chieftain also called on the women leaders not to relent in their support for the party and Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s administration.
“Let me start with appreciation for your courtesy visit. I also want to thank you for your steadfastness and commitment to the progress of the party and for giving the state Governor all the needed support to succeed in office.
“The Governor and other stakeholders in the party are well aware of the significant roles you played during the election period. When someone labours, they deserve to be rewarded. You have laboured, and by God’s grace, you will all reap the fruits of your labour,” Adubiaro assured.
The APC women leaders, led to the SSG’s office by the State Women Leader, Mrs. Egunlusi Caroline, expressed their gratitude to Dr. Adubiaro for the warm reception and assured her of their continued support for Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s administration.
They also pledged to support the Governor for another term in office.
