The Speaker of Ekiti state, Rt.Hon. Barr. Adeoye Aribasoye has lauded the Agbeyewa’s farm revolution in Ekiti.
Agbeyewa Farms Limited (a subsidiary of Cavista Holdings) had signed a multi-billion-naira Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Ekiti State Government to cultivate cassava on a large scale in the state (with an initial target of 100,000 hectares) through an out-grower program.
The MOU was signed by Governor AbiodunOyebanji of Ekiti State and the Chairman of Agbeyewa Farms, Niyi John Olajide on the sidelines of the 2024 US-Africa Business Summit recently in Dallas, USA.
Apparently directing his comments to Cavista holdings / Ekiti government’s collaboration, the speaker who wrote on his Facebook page commending the development, specifically pointed out with emphasized role of teamwork which he described as a major tools in achieving economy growth and development.
According to him,
