Ekiti Speaker, Aribasoye inspects offices at State Assembly complex

The Speaker, Ekiti State House of Assembly, Rt.Hon. Adeoye Aribasoye, accompanied by Principal Officers and Management staff of the House on Wednesday, toured various offices at the Assembly complex to inspect the working condition of staff and observe areas that required improvement.

Aribasoye during the inspection emphasized the importance of maintaining a clean and organized work environment for efficient work practices and effective quality service delivery.

The Speaker who reiterated the need for adequate maintenance of government facilities, promised to take necessary steps so that areas calling for minor repairs and renovation at the Assembly complex are given adequate attention to ensure staff work in a very conducive environment.

Aribasoye while charging the Assembly staff to put in more effort at ensuring a robust collaboration between the Assembly staff and lawmakers, also commended them for their professionalism, having worked with them during the Sixth Assembly.

He assured that staff welfare will be given utmost priority in their four year tenure.

Other members at the tour were the Deputy Speaker, Rt.Hon. Bolaji Olagbaju; Majority Leader, Hon. Tolu Ige; Chief Whip, Hon Bosede Olowookere; Deputy Leader, Hon. Yomi Ayorinde; Deputy Whip, Hon. Mariam Ogunlade; Minority Leader, Hon. Dele Ogunsakin and the Clerk of the House, Mr Tola Esan among others.
