Ekiti OTSD Engages With EKSTMA to Enhance Service Delivery

In a significant move to ensure quality service delivery, the Office of Transformation and Service Delivery (OTSD) had a fruitful engagement with the Ekiti State Traffic Management Agency (EKSTMA).

On Monday, May 21, 2024, OTSD held a parley as a follow-up to the earlier approved verification of challenges claims by various MDAs, which was carried out over five days by the OTSD team.

The meeting examined various strategies to enhance service delivery, reaffirming His Excellency, Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji’s commitment to holistically addressing challenges and ensuring effective service delivery.

Led by the Senior Special Assistant on Ekiti State Traffic Management, Mr. Adesokan, Mr. Taiwo Akomolafe, and other team members, the issues were properly highlighted and discussed. The SA/DG, OTSD appealed to the EKSTMA team to be more resolute and resilient as the challenges to the agency are articulated and addressed by the government in order to boost quality service delivery.

OTSD Team led by Engr John Moyo Ekundayo, the Special Adviser and Director General includes; Mr Kayode Odunayo, Technical Advisor (OTSD); Mr Adetunji Aribasoye, Senior Special Assistant (Monitoring and Evaluation), Mr Lateef Buhari, SSA (OTSD), Mr Toba Fatunla Special Assistant (Service Delivery), Mr Olusola Salami, Director of Administration and Supplies; Mr Omoniyi Adekunle, Director of Finance and Accounts, Mr Fanilola, Under Secretary; Mr Olalekan Ogunleye, planning officer and Mr Olajide Adebayo Information Officer (OTSD).
