In recognition of her significant contribution to the advancement of Islam, the Ekiti State Council of Iyasuna has bestowed a merit award upon Dr. Habibat Adubiaro, the Secretary to the Ekiti State Government.
The award was presented to the SSG today during the Ramadan lecture organized by the Muslim Women Association, held at the Central Mosque of Ado-Ekiti.
Expressing her gratitude upon receiving the award, Mrs. Adubiaro thanked the Council of Iyasuna for the honor. She reiterated her commitment to furthering the progress of Islam in Ekiti State and Nigeria as a whole, citing the award as a morale booster.
In appreciation of the recognition, the University don also provided a generous monetary donation to the Iyasuna Council.
The event saw the presence of notable dignitaries, including the Grand Imam and President General of the League of Imams and Alfas in the South West, including Edo and Delta, Sheikh Bello Keulere, alongside other esteemed Muslim leaders.
