The Senior Special Assistant on Special Duties to Ekiti state Governor, Hon. Olufemi Aduloju has called on stakeholders in the state to rally round the Ekiti born chef, Damilola Adeparusi who is in race to set a new record for longest cooking time.
Aduloju in a statement in Ado-Ekiti commended Adeparusi for taken the bold step to set a new record which if it records a success would the laud the image of the state and its people. The governor’s aide said the Ekiti Chef needs to be supported both financially and morally to enable her achieve her ambition.
“I want to urge all relevant stakeholders in Ekiti state to rally round Chef Damilola Adeparusi to realize her ambition of setting a new world record for longest cooking time.
“Chef Damilola needs to be commended for taking this bold and also be given full support as well”
Damilola Adeparusi who hails from ilupeju-Ekiti, currently on a 120 hours cooking thorn to challenge Hilda Bacci who cooked for 100 hours to break the Guinness book of record.
