Ekiti Chairmanship Aspirant Hails Oyebanji Over Ultra Modern Bus Terminal
One of the chairmanship aspirants for Ado Central LCDA in the upcoming local government election in Ekiti state, Hon. Sunday Olaleye has commended the state governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji on the completion of the ultra modern bus terminal which was earlier started by the immediate past administration of Dr. John Kayode Fayemi.
Olaleye in an interview with Heritagenewsng.com in Ado-Ekiti during the weekend described the completion of the bus terminal as one of the beauty of continuity of governance.
He stated further by giving kudos to JKF led administration that initiated the project for the brilliant idea and his successor that completed it because the bus terminal signals a positive turn around in the transportation system in Ekiti state. The chairmanship aspirant added that the terminal will reduce indiscriminate parking of commercial buses and ease free movement of vehicles around the state capital.
“His Excellency, Mr Biodun Oyebanji should be commended for deeming it fit to complete the Ado-Ekiti Ultra Modern Bus terminal which was started by his precedessor, Dr. John Kayode Fayemi. The completion of the project shows the beauty of continuity of governance which is one of the ways to fast-track development.
“The good thing about the bus terminal is that it will bring improvement to transport system and reduce the indiscriminate parking of vehicles around the state capital”
The Chairmanship aspirant while commending the state governor for completing the project called on the transport unions that will be making use of the bus terminal for proper maintainance.
“I want to plead to the transport unions to make good use of the bus terminal. Maintainance is very essential. Government has done its own part it is now incumbent on them to make proper use of it”
