The House of Representatives member representing Ado/Irepodun-Ifelodun Federal Constituency in Ekiti state and also Chairman House committee on Information, National Orientation, Ethics and Values, Hon. Fatoba Olusola Steve has sent his warmest greetings to Muslims on the celebration of this year’s Eid-ul-Mawlid.
The lawmaker in his greeting message rejoiced with Muslim Ummah for witnessing another celebration. He described the celebration of the birth of the Holy Prophet Mohammad as an auspicious occasion because it serves a reminder for Muslims all over the world of the exemplary life lived by the Prophet when he was alive.
Fatoba therefore called on Muslims to emulate the exemplary life lived by the Holy Prophet.
“It is my heartfelt pleasure to join Muslims all over the world in celebrating this auspicious occasion of the birth of the Holy Mohammad. Celebrating the birth of the Holy Prophet reminds us of his kindness, compassion and his useful teachings.
“As Muslims we can only add more values to the celebration of this auspicious occasion by abiding by the teachings of the Holy Prophet and following his good step”
Fatoba furthered in his greetings by calling on Muslims to use the celebration of Eid-ul-Mawlid to pray for Nigeria and the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Administration. He wished them happy celebration.
