.Says Orisa Head Spiritualists Are Kings in Their Respective Shrines.

The Spiritual head of Aje Agbaye , Iya Olorisa, Obabirin Ajetoke has reacted to the ongoing controversies over the possibilities of Olorisas using Orisa crowns , the Obabirin Aje affirmed that the spiritual head of Olorisas can wear crowns in their respective shrines , and within themselves.
The Iya-Aje Agbaye , who according to her , was born in to a family of Aje ( deity of prosperity) in Abeokuta, and was subsequently crowned as the Spiritual head of Aje-Agbaye by the Aroole Obatala in Ile-Ife . The spiritualist was a guest speaker at the Yoruba Culture and Tradition live program ‘ GbagedeOro’ anchored by Adeyinka Olaiya and Dare Olusan on TapRadio/Tv International , South Africa.
Her Majesty said : “ Aje is a deity of prosperity, it is necessary to observe the importance of Aje in the Yoruba society , modernity should not be allowed to drive our heritage into extinction , let us protect our heritage “ . The Yoruba Aje spiritualist spoke in a live program.
Obabirin Ajetoke said that a lot of things are necessary , and urgently needed to be done , she insists on important changes to avoid the constant bastardizing of the Yoruba religion by some Royal kings , rather than unnecessarily trying to stop the Olorisas from wearing their respective crowns , she said: “ Olorisas are not posing threats to Isese, they are custodians of the religion than some of our Royal kings who now prostrates to state governors and local government chairmen with their crowns .
The Ogbonis, Olorisas do not wear crowns to the palace or to confront any palace king , it is within the Olorisas. If the palace kings are bothered , let them show examples , they should stop going to churches and mosques before trying to talk of the Olorisas wearing crowns , they should stop their shine shine and customized crowns , they should stop asking to be buried like Muslims and Christians , they should stop throwing away the Orisas in their palaces and sending them to museums , they should stop wanting to eat their cakes and having it , they should know that the traditional stool they occupy is strictly Isese.
If all these conditions are not met, Olorisas will continue charging and cautioning them by using the Orisa crowns themselves than seeing the crowns and Isese totally bastardized by these Palace kings , Orisanla Obatala owns the crown, it is through the Orisas that crown started , so therefore , Olorisas can also wear crowns , Afterall we prepare their Ipebi before they are crowned “ She said categorically.
The Aje spiritualist elaborated the Yoruba Kingship system . According to her; Orisanla Obatala is the custodian of the Crown , she cleared the differences between the traditional kings and Orisa kings, she said : “ Oba lo’nde Ade Osan, Oluwo lo’nde Ade Oru” meaning that the palace king wears the crown during the daytime , while Traditional heads of Olorisas (Oluwos) wears at night , she said that no Palace king must wear the crown after 6pm in the evening , it is the Oluwos (Traditional heads of Olorisas) that wears the crown at night, she also explained that most Royal kings , in the recent times , are not properly prepared to assume the stool , she said many do not pass through IPEBI , some are installed as Obas by the State Governors ,and such , can never be superior to Traditional heads of Olorisas , who passed through normal procedures .
Obabirin Ajetoke applauded the Aroole Oodua , the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi , Ojaja II , she said the king has been doing a lot to uplift Isese, she prayed for long life on the stool , she also applauded all the Obas who are still elevating the Isese religion accordingly, she urged all Olorisas never to relent from doing the cause of their forefathers .
When asked about the incidence in Oyo , where Kabiyesi Iku Baba Yeye , the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, seized a crown from a notable Ifa Priest in Oyo town , and exhibited in public to serve as warning to other Olorisas and Ifa Priests who also wear crowns, she discorded with the attitude of Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III for seizing the crown but also refrained from delving in to the issue as she wouldn’t know exactly what actually transpired.
She advised all Olorisas to be humble and do things accordingly, she spoke of the Aje festival at the end of the month in Abeokuta , she implored all that are interested to join the worshippers and bring Aje back to our doorsteps “ it will help bring prosperity to the entire Yoruba land , things shall flourish again “ she said .

SO ALL TRADITIONAL KINGS MUST LISTEN TO THE WORDS OF THE ALMIGHTY OLODUMARE HOW?
EACH TOWN HAVE HER OWN PRIEST TO TELL THE KING THE MIND OF THE ALMIGHTY OLODUMARE BEFORE TAKING STEP IN CERTAIN MATTERS WHICH IS MUST FOR THE KING TO FOLLOW AND IF NEGLECTED THAT TOWN WILL BE IN THE GREAT PROBLEMS
SO NO KING CAN RULE SUCCESSFULLY WITHOUT THE PRIESTS AND SOME OTHER TRADITIONALISTS THAT KNOW THE MIND OF IRUNMALES
IRUNMALES ARE THE REAL OWNER OF THE CROWNS AND OBAS ARE SECOND IN COMMAND TO IRUNMALES
SO ALL OBAS MUST FOLLOW THE RULES OF THE ALMIGHTY OLODUMARE AND HIS IRUNMALES
