The Founder of Opeyemi David Falegan Foundation, Hon. Opeyemi David Falegan will soon commence free distribution of cooking gas across all Local Government Areas in Ekiti State, many residents of the state most especially women will be jostling for the free cooking gas gifts meant for households in the state.
In a statement signed by the Deputy Director General of the foundation, comrade Tosin Ajayi recently in Ado Ekiti and made available to news men, Ajayi said the palliative are meant for all categories of civil servants in Ekiti state.
According to the DDG, some major Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) dealers would be engage for the refill of customers’ cylinders with LPG (cooking gas) as part of the foundation regular and corporate social responsibility to the people of the state.
Ajayi said that, the gesture is to ameliorate the suffering of the citizens in the state.
He added that, the foundation will soon announce the destinations where the palliative will be given across the state.
“The program is for all qualify civil servant in the state either, the local government, state and federal government workers in the state .
Earlier, he said the distribution of free cooking gas is part of the foundation’s support to the good people of Ekiti in ameliorating the suffering of the people.
According to Ajayi, he said the free gas is for civil servants residing in the state either could not or can afford the commodity.
He also emphasized that, to qualify for all beneficiaries, they must come to the venue of the along with their official cards.
