In furtherance of Executive Order No. 008 on Land Administration in Ekiti State, the State Task Force on the Recovery of Outstanding Debts on State Government Landed Properties will commence a verification exercise of undeveloped plots of land in all the Government Housing Estates in Ekiti State.
Persons with claims to such plots of land are advised to visit the Office of the State Taskforce at First Floor, Ministry of Justice, State Secretariat, Ado-Ekiti with the allocation letter, evidence of payment for such plot(s) of land and any other relevant documents.
The Office of the Task Force will be opened for this exercise from Monday 2nd August 2021 to Friday 6th August 2021 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. There will be no extension of the closing date.
Notice is also given that at the end of this exercise, plots of land found to be without any or proper documentation will be deemed vacant and reallocated to interested buyers.
