The Nigerian security and civil Defence corps, (NSCDC) kwara state command arrested a 22 yrs old AYUBA ENUPE (M) for allegedly broken into the house of one Mr Jimoh Adigun’s house at General hospital Road, Kaima around 1:00 hrs on 21st July where he carted away with 5 bundles of 50kg sacks.
Having reported the case by the complainant, Ayuba was eventually arrested by our men while he was trying to dispose the stolen materials.
Further investigation revealed that Ayuba was earlier involved in another house braking and theft of 2 Android phones from one Mr Abdulrasaq’s residence in Kuokuo area, Kaiama.
Ayuba was presented by the NSCDC kwara command before Magistrate Abdullahi Ahmed Boro who handed him 3 years imprisonment without any option of fine.
The Acting Commandant, DCC JONAH GABRIEL, appeals to kwarans to be vigilant and report any suspicious movement in their domains.
He assured Nigerians that the corps will not compromise in her duties to protect lives and properties of Nigerians. He requests for more cooperation and supports towards achieving a crime free society.
