The All Progressives Congress, candidate for Okitipupa/Irele Federal Constituency, Prince Okunjimi Odimayo played host to other candidates of APC in the six local government areas of Odigbo, Okitipupa, Ilaje, Ese-Odo, Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo and host Irele, all in Ondo South Senatorial District of Ondo State.
The Senatorial Stakeholders meeting held on Sunday at Irele Civil Centre was the third in series, previously held in Ile-Oluji and Igbekebo. The meeting is to further sensitise members of the party towards mobilising and canversing for votes for all APC candidates in the six local government areas for both State and National Assemblies in poll 2023.
The meeting was chaired by the state Deputy Governor, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa with other leaders and stakeholders, including the Senatorial chairman, Dr. Ayodele Oyedele, Chief Olusola Oke, Dr. Paul Akintelure and other senatorial officials.
The Senatorial District candidates was led to the meeting by Dr. Jimoh Ibrahim, CFR with other candidates of State and National Assemblies, and hosted by Okitipupa/Irele Federal Constituency, Prince Jimi Odimayo; Ilaje/Ese-Odo, Hon. Donald Ojogo and Ile-Oluji/Okeigbo, Hon. Festus Adefiranye.
Odimayo urged all stakeholders across the six local councils to start election field work and grassroots mobilisation towards winning ways in the road to 2023 elections.
He urged APC members to also mobilise the general public to go and get their Permanent Voter’s Card, PVC from the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC and massively vote to all candidates of APC in the National Assembly and State Assembly Elections in 2023.
