Heritagenewsng.com reports that the campaign billboard of the leading All Progressives Congress Governorship aspirant, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji has been destroyed by thugs alleged to be supporting the aspiration of a co-contestant and current member of the Red chamber, Senator Michael Opeyemi Bamidele(M.O.B) in Iyin-Ekiti, one of the towns in Irepodun-Ifelodun local government.
The action of the yet to be named thugs has received condemnation from people who described it as uncalled for and bereft of democratic norms.
Supporters of the former SSG said the action of the thugs indicated that those that sent them were Jittery of their impending defeat come January 27th as a result of the rising popularity and acceptability of BAO.
Efforts to get the reaction of the campaign D.G of M.O.B was not successful as at the time of filling this report.
