The Alawe of Ilawe-Ekiti HRM Oba Adebanji Ajibade Alabi, AFUNTADE 1 ,has announced the dissolution of the 2024 Ilawe-Ekiti Unity Day Planning Committee with immediate effect.
The Alawe while dissolving the committee thanked members for the success of the celebration.
The monarch in a Statement signed by Media Adviser, High Chief Ajibade Olubunmu said that no member of the dissolved committee should henceforth speak on behalf of the committee or the Alawe of Ilawe-Ekiti except the Media Adviser to Alawe,High Chief Ajibade Olubunmi who has been given the authorisation to do so.
Oba Alabi further commended Ilawe indigenes for their overwhelming financial and moral support which enhanced the success of the epochal event. The monarch also thanked his people for their presence at the occasion.
