Alawe Commends Gov Oyebanji For Providing Bye Pass To Landslide Affected Area On Ilawe- Ado Road
The Alawe of Ilawe Ekiti,His Royal Majesty,Oba Adebanji Ajibade Alabi, AFUNTADE 1 has commended Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji of Ekiti State for providing a motorable bye pass at the Oke Corner axis of the Ilawe – Ado road which was cut off by a landslide recently.
Oba Alabi who spoke during a visit to the site today, Thursday 9/2/2023 , said that the Governor’s action on the road has provided a great relief to Ilawe people and other motorists plying the road noting that the rate of motor accidents around the area has greatly reduced.
In a Statement signed Alawe’s Media Adviser, High Chief Ajibade Olubunmi, and made a available to newsmen in Ado Ekiti, the monarch also appealed to the contractor handling the drainage system along a section of the road to complete the job before the raining season in order to avoid flooding
