Agitation Aside: Nigerians Welcome New Ambassador To Brazil

The newly appointed Nigerian Ambassador to Brazil, Ambassador Ahmad Mohammed Markarfi arrived  Brazil  through Saopaulo International Airport , Guarulhos,  last Friday 4th, June .2021.  He arrived with his family and delegation via Ethiopian Airlines to Saopaulo,Brazil .

The Ambassador was received at the Airport in Saopaulo by a delegation  led by Mr.Ifeanyi, Dr.Dele Yusuf  and  Dr. Emmanuel Oluwatuyi.

A Northerner from Kano state, Ambassador Adams will have to mediate in a very peaceful and intelligent manner within a complicating society like Brazil where Nigerian separatist groups are tremendously active in the recent years.

The delegation  who received the new Ambassador  in Saopaulo before embarking to Brasilia demonstrated confidence in him, they said that his educational level and manner of approach will definitely count, and will also help In uniting the almost scattered  Nigerian ethnic groups in Brazil , they hope to have a consulate office very soon In Saopaulo where majority Nigerians live.

The Nigerians living in Saopaulo demands a consulate office in Saopaulo, they claim that the journey to the federal capital territory, Brasilia for consular services is too far and stressful.

The President of the Nigerian Community in Brazil (NICOM) Dr.Emmanuel Oluwatuyi welcoming Ambassador Ahmad Mohammed Makarfi at the Airport in Saopaulo, Brazil.

They believe that this new Ambassador will also work towards that.The Nigerian Community (NICOM) in Brazil, the Nigerians In Diaspora Organization, Americas (NIDOA) Brazil Chapter, The African Cultural Center in Saopaulo, the Nigerian Muslim community, the Nigerian Christians in Brazil, and all other groups have sent  greetings to the new ambassador, they wish him well.
