Heritagenewsng reports that it was another success story for Ekiti state as up and coming tennis players from the state who attended the just concluded Sapetro Future Tennis Championship in Lagos have returned with trophies and titles.
The coach Wumi Ogunsakin led players won a trophy in the boys under 14 event and came second in the boys and girls under 12 events.
Oluwaseun Ogunsakin emerged champion in the under 14 boys event and his younger brother, Oluwaseyi came second in the boys under 12.
in the girls under 14, Success Ogunjobi finished second .
All the outstanding players were rewarded with gifts which were dedicated to their respective parents who sponsored their participation in the Sapetro Future Tennis Championship in Lagos.
Six rising tennis players from Ekiti state were taken to the Championship by coach Wumi Ogunsakin and all of them have since returned safely .
