As we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, we are filled with profound gratitude to Almighty God for His unfailing grace, protection and abundant mercy over Ado Heritage and every one of its members. Indeed, this season reminds us of love, sacrifice, unity, hope and values that continue to define who we are as a people.
The year 2025 has been a remarkable one for Ado Heritage. By the grace of God, we recorded significant achievements across various fronts. Our collective commitment to the preservation of Ado history, culture and values was strengthened; community engagements were enhanced; internal structures were reinforced; and the spirit of brotherhood and sisterhood among members grew stronger. These accomplishments were only possible because of your unrelenting support, cooperation and shared vision for the progress of Ado Heritage.
The leadership sincerely appreciates every member for the peaceful coexistence, maturity and mutual respect that characterised our interactions throughout the year. In an increasingly divided world, Ado Heritage stood as a shining example of unity in diversity. This is a testament to our shared heritage and our resolve to always place the collective good above personal interests.
The President, Bashorun Tope Alabi, is therefore, using this opportunity to specially thank all members for their loyalty, patience and steadfastness. He encourages everyone to remain committed to the ideals upon which Ado Heritage was founded: truth, unity, service and progress. As we move into the new year, he urges members to deepen their sense of responsibility, industry, intentional support for one another, and continue to project Ado Heritage as a model organisation worthy of emulation.
As proud indigenous sons and daughters of Ado Ekiti, we use this auspicious occasion to respectfully acknowledge and commend the leadership of His Royal Majesty, Oba Rufus Adejugbe, the Ewi of Ado Ekiti, for his guidance, wisdom and fatherly role in steering the affairs of our great kingdom. We also celebrate all sons and daughters of Ado Ekiti across the globe who, through excellence in academics, public service, entrepreneurship, culture, and community leadership, continue to bring honour and positive recognition to our land. Your achievements are a source of pride and inspiration to generations yet unborn.
As we look forward to the New Year, we commit every member of Ado Heritage into the hands of God. We pray for divine health, peace, wisdom, prosperity and renewed strength. May the coming year bring greater opportunities, deeper unity, and resounding success to our individual pursuits and collective aspirations. May God crown our efforts with favour and grant us the grace to do more for our people and our homeland.
