Excitement As Fatoba Presents Two 300KVA Transformers To Ekiti Communities

As a way of complementing the efforts of Ekiti state Governor, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji in lighting up communities which have been in darkness for years, the House of Representatives member representing Ekiti Central Federal Constituency 1 and Chairman, House Committee on Information, National Orientation, Ethics and Values, Hon. Fatoba Olusola Steve has presented two 300KVA transformers to some communities in Ado-Ekiti.

The communities that benefitted from this kind gesture are, Ita-Oro in Ajebamidele and Irona Tuntun/Oke-Osun, Ado-Ekiti.

Residents of these communities could not hide their excitement over this latest development which according to them was an answer to their long time yearnings.

The Chairman of Irona Tuntun Community, Mr. Bello Mojeed on behalf of other residents appreciated the lawmaker for facilitating the 300KVA transformer for the community, stating that it will put an end to their years of darkness.

They heaped praises on the state Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji and Hon. Fatoba for being men of their words.

The residents of Irona Tuntun community endorsed Governor Oyebanji for second term and promised Hon. Fatoba their continual support.

He said, “We are very grateful to the state Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji and Hon. Fatoba for redeeming their pledge to get us a brand new transformer.

“We feel excited because our years of living in darkness has come to end with this latest development. Come 2026, this community will vote enmass for Gov. Biodun Oyebanji and come 2027 we will appreciate Hon. Fatoba with our massive votes by God’s grace” Mr. Mojeed added.

In a similar vein, the Chairman of Ita-Oro community, Mr Olajide Idowu said Hon. Fatoba has proved himself as a worthy representative that cares for the well-being of his people. He prayed for the success of the Reps. member and that of the state governor.

“He has really amazed us with the provision of this transformer. We are extremely grateful to him.

“Our prayer is that, he will continue to excel in all his endeavors in life”

Present at the official presentation of transformers to the communities were, the Director General of Homeland security, Dr. Dotun Adetuberu, the Senior Legislative Assistant to Hon. Fatoba, Barrister Adebanji Dada and the constituency aides led by the Personal Assistant, Mr Hakeem Lawal.
