Breaking! President Tinubu Appoints Sen. Dayo Adeye As Chairman, NPA

The President of Nigeria, His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has appointed Sen. Dayo Adeyeye as Chairman Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA). Adeyeye who is the chairman of Southwest Agenda for Asiwaju (SWAGA) has once served as a Minister of state for works.

Adeyeye holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Ibadan (1978) and a master’s degree in political science (international relations) from the University of Lagos (1981). He also obtained a law degree from the University of Lagos in 1986 and was called to the Nigerian Bar Association in 1987.

He is also a journalist, an author, a former NADECO chieftain, and the recipient of numerous awards for his contributions towards the national development of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

His appointment did not come as a surprise to Nigerian political observers, since his integrity and firm belief in a stronger Nigeria have distinguished him among many others.

Adeyeye and his supporters transversed the nooks and crannies of Nigeria especially the South West and North Central to campaign vigorously for the emergence of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President of Nigeria.

Adeyeye is said to have impacted so many lives in various capacities that he has served in the past.
