POLITICS NIGERIA reports that David Adejo, the Permanent Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Education, made this announcement during a press conference held in Abuja on Wednesday.
Responding to queries from journalists, Adejo disclosed the government’s commitment to providing students with access to interest-free loans. This move aims to support students in their pursuit of education and alleviate the financial burden associated with tertiary education.
The bill granting students access to interest-free loans was recently signed into law by President Bola Tinubu on Monday.
