Yoruba Group Canvases Massive votes for SDP Presidential Candidate

A pan-Yoruba socio-cultural group, the Defense for Yoruba People’s Right (DYPR) has reiterated its readiness to canvass for more votes for the presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) Prince Adewole Adebayo and ensure his success during the forthcoming presidential election.

The group also described the SDP presidential candidate as the most qualified candidate among all the contestants and posses the best credentials for the exalted office of the President of Nigeria.

The DYPR in a statement in Akure, the capital of Ondo State, signed by its National President, Otunba Muyideen Olamoyegun, described the SDP candidate as an abstitute politician with competent, capability and good character.

The group urged Nigerian to vote enmass for the SDP flagbearer, assured that if elected as President of Nigeria, he would transform Nigeria and tackle the menace of insecurity which is currently ravaging some parts of the country.

According yo the statement, “Prince Adewole manifesto has spoken for him. It has encapsulated the needs of Nigerians and has expressively stated an efficient and effective solutions to meet the needs of and reposition the country and ensure the equal distributions of wealth to all regions in the country.

“We are confidence of his leadership style, he would transform and correct the mistake of the present administration, that is why we are canvassing for votes for him, apart from this, he is the most qualified in all the candidates” he stated.

The Yoruba group, promised that tye SDP presidential flagbearer if elected
would improve electricity challenges currently facing some parts of the country, saying the move would allow the artisan, market men and women, small and medium entrepreneurs can get electricity to do their legitimate business.

The group disclosed that it will continue to mobilse its members across the southwest region of the country to embark on what it called aggresive campaigns for the the SDP candidate and ensure his success during the February 25 presidential election.
