Why I Collected Back The N25,000 I Gave To A Poor Woman In Need-Bishop Oyedepo

The General Overseer, Founder and Lead Pastor of Living Faith Chapel, popularly known as Winners chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo has taken to a video post via his church verified YouTube handle to share a message to the public during Shiloh service.

According to Bishop oyedepo, pride is bad and can hinder a person from receiving God’s blessings. Speaking further he went on to narrate his encounter with a woman who was in need.

Bishop David Oyedepo: There was a woman who was in need of money and out of pity for her condition, I gave her #25000 as a token from my heart and she looked at the money and said that it is not enough, so I asked her to give it back to me so that I can add it up. So when she did, I collected it and never gave her a dime.

This is how God works. When you are not grateful to God for the things he has gone for you, he will take away the ones he did leaving you empty unless grace speaks on your behalf you can’t regain them again.

Therefore, every secret sin of pride in everyone’s heart today, shall be rooted out in the mighty name of Jesus.
