The newly appointed Secretary to Ekiti State Government, Dr(Mrs) Habibat Omolara Adubiaro has sued for peace and unity among party leaders of the All Progressives Congress(APC) as they stormed her Ado-Ekiti residence on Monday to felicitate with the Academian on her new appointment.
Adubiaro while playing host to the party leaders showed her profound appreciation for the courtesy visit and urged them to come together as one towards the progress of the party. She pleaded with them to refrain from any act that is capable of polarizing the party.
“I want to use this medium to show my profound appreciation for the courtesy visit. I feel humbled and excited for the show of love and good will messages.
“I give Almighty God all the glory and adoration for making this happen. I see my appointment as God’s divine intervention to fulfill a certain purpose. It is time for our party leaders and members in Ado-Ekiti to come together as one entity for the progress of the party.
“Let’s refrain from any act that is capable of polarising the party. In unity we stand in divided we fall.
The SSG also urged the party leaders to give their total support to His Excellency, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji to enable him deliver on all his electoral promises.
“I want to also urge you to give your total support to His Excellency, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji to enable him deliver on all his campaign promises. I pray that God Almighty will crown our efforts”
The party leaders who paid her solidarity visit include APC women leaders, Youth leaders, Secretaries, House Assembly members, local government Chairmen and other party stakeholders.
