A 61 year old Grand Mother who rejected school in 1982 in favour of marriage has gone back to school after she found no happiness in marriage.
Margaret Nakombe Mubanga, married with six children and 15 Grand Children, is currently in Grade 10 at Mufulira School of Continuing Education.
“I dropped out of school after getting married at the early age of 18,” she told Radio Icengelo’s Patrick Mupeta.“I have gone back to school to inspire the girl child. I want to see all the girls who dropped out of school to go back,” Mrs Mubanga said.
