Zero Hunger: TRILAB Donate Food Stuff to Ekiti Govt., BAO Campaign

A private company, Trilab Limited has donated lorry load of food stuffs to both the Ekiti State Government and the Governorship campaign organisation of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Hon. Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO).

According to one of the company’s director who led the team to both Ekiti Government House Ground and BAO campaign office in Ado, Ekiti, on Tuesday, Dr Femi Alabi the food items were donated under the Zero Hunger programme; as part of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainble Development Goals, (SDGs).

The main objective of the goal is  to transform the world and make it a major priority that no Nigerian  go to bed hungry any more.

Alabi explained that the UN is also laying enverse on making Nigeria self reliance on  food productions, stressing that the food distribution  campaign of Zero Hunger will cover all the six geopolitical zones where food items like rice, beans, garri and maize are to be donated to  the States.

According to Alabi, “we are particularly donating the food items for compaign of amiable incoming governor of Ekiti State which have the vision of transforming  the state to Zero hunger state in person of Hon.Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji”.
