What Foods Can Be Harmful to The Eyes And Quality Of Vision?

1. White Bread – this is due to the fact that breads often contain simple carbs that is often digested or broken down by the body rapidly raising risk of diabetes or higher sugar level and age related macular Degeneration. So there is need for everyone to reduce consumption of white bread and instead go for whole grain.
