Heritagenewsng reports a man who allegedly paid another man to secretly seduce his lover and later instructed him to murder her after she accepted the second him has been arrested in Dar es Salaam.
Dar es Salaam Regional Police boss, Jumanne Muliro, has today issued a statement to the media and confirmed the arresting of the man, and his crime business partner.
Muliro has told the media that the first suspect, is said to have suspected that the deceased woman, Barke Rashid (30), was cheating on him with other men in the Tanzanian city.
He then hatched an evil plan and hired the second suspect, a man, and paid him Tsh1.7 million before giving him instructions that he seduces the woman and takes her life if accepts him.
His plan went as he had wished for after the woman accepted the second man before she planned for a date with him.
The man booked the woman in a city lodge within Dar es Salaam before he carried out his demonic plan.
The woman came into the lodge thinking she was going to have a bedroom affair with the new man she had found, only for her to be killed.
“The first accused has confessed being given TSh1.2 million by the second accused at different times, and was still claiming Thh500,000 after the murder of the woman,” the statement said in part as reported by Clods TV.
The Police boss established that the woman was killed by strangulation.
The woman was found murdered in the lodge room early this month. Police are still piecing together evidence.
